10:00		Experience Diving ➡︎ The captain will assess the wind direction, wave conditions, and tide currents of the day and guide you to the point with the best conditions of the day.

Yes, we do. Pick-up and drop-off vehicles are available for wet passengers.

It depends on the tour you are joining and where you are staying. The day before the tour, the store will inform you of the meeting time and place by phone or short message to your cell phone.

If you do not hear from the store after 7:00 p.m., please contact us. Please note that we will not be able to give you a confirmed meeting place and time until the day before the tour.

Q. What is the difference between the two?Is it possible to participate in a day trip from remote islands (Kohama Island, Iriomote Island, Taketomi Island, Kuroshima, Hatoma Island, Hateruma Island)?

It is possible. However, please let us know at the time of reservation if you are coming from the area concerned.
Also, please be sure to inform us of the time you will be crossing to the islands after the end of the tour.

Q. What is the difference between the two?Is there a place to change clothes?

If you wish to change all of your clothes, you may do so in the ship's washroom.
Those who are being picked up and dropped off can leave their bathing suits on, but those who come by rental car are asked to use the restrooms on the ship, as it is better to keep their cars dry as much as possible.

Q. What is the difference between the two?Is there a place to leave my luggage?

There are no lockers, but there are boxes on the ship to store your luggage. However, the size of the boxes is limited, so please bring only the bare necessities such as towels, sunscreen, anti-sickness medicine, and valuables.

Carry-on bags and other items can be left in the car.

Q. What is the difference between the two?Where do you eat lunch?

It depends on the conditions of the day. If there is any turbulence, we will return to the port and have lunch.
If the conditions are safe for lunch, we will have lunch on the boat while viewing the beautiful sea of Ishigaki Island.

Q. What is the difference between the two?Are there showers on site?

There is a simple shower provided on the boat. In winter, hot water is available.
However, the amount is limited, so it will only be a light drop of seawater.

If you have checked out of your hotel or are flying in and want to clean off the seawater, our staff will guide you to a hotel where you can use the showers, so please feel free to ask.

Q. What is the difference between the two?I have poor eyesight, can I still do it?

Masks with glasses are also available.
However, contact lenses are recommended if you have contact lenses, as they may not match your eyesight. There have been no cases of contact lenses being lost while underwater! We have not had any cases of contact lenses being lost underwater, but disposable contact lenses are recommended.

First, we landed on the “Island of Dreams” and walked along its beautiful white sandy beach; next, we went snorkeling in search of sea turtles. Finally, we swam alongside colorful fish during a trial dive—it was a wonderful tour that allowed us to fully enjoy the waters around Ishigaki Island.

Our kids had a great time, too. The staff were very kind to the kids and taught them how to dive, so our whole family was able to enjoy the beautiful ocean together. Filming with the GoPro also made for a great keepsake.

The kids had a blast. We played on the beautiful sandy beach of the "Mythical Island," and the staff were kind enough to help the kids look for sea turtles, making it an incredibly exciting day for the whole family. We also really appreciated the free GoPro rental.
